With Gravity Forms installed (and access applied), select New Form from the list of options under Forms on the left-hand side. A popup box will appear where you can enter the Form title and Description. Click the Create Form button.
You will be directed to a page where you can begin laying out the fields. When you are done laying out the fields, click Update.
Next, you will want to configure the Notification Settings to set up where the Forms will be sent. At the top menu, hover over Form Settings and click on Notifications.
Next, you will see a setting labeled Send To. This allows you to determine how the message is sent. Add the email address to the Send To Email. Make sure to separate email address with commas.
When finished, scroll to the bottom and click the button Update Notifications.
