With Admin access, you can add a user and assign them a Status (Admin, Editor, etc). Simply log into your Wordpress website. Locate the menu item titled User and select Add New. From there, you add all the required fields to create a new User Account.
Each status has a certain level of limitations, so be careful how much access you would like to grant this user.
