Unifeyed charges $120/hour for Remote Support and Hourly Project Work. Minimum charge is for one 1/4 hour and we bill by the 1/4 hour. Remote Support issues are those we can solve without having to leave our office. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may ask to remote into an affected machine in order to solve your problem.
Unifeyed charges $150/hour for On-Site Support. Minimum charge is for one hour and we bill by the 1/2 hour thereafter. Unifeyed does not charge for travel unless otherwise specified in advance.
Issue requests deemed high priority, emergency, important or expedited will be billed at $240
